CertCore collects only the information needed to operate the site, process checkout, provide CRA readiness workflows, maintain security, and support customers.

Information we process

We may process account details, business contact information, product metadata you submit, dependency or SBOM data, checkout metadata, analytics events, device information, and support messages. Payment card details are handled by Creem or another payment processor and are not stored by CertCore.

How we use information

We use information to deliver the service, create checkout sessions, operate analytics, improve conversion and product reliability, detect abuse, maintain audit logs, answer support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, security, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, backups, and legitimate business records.

International use

CertCore is intended for Europe and United States teams selling or supplying software to the EU market. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices

Contact support@aigeamy.com for access, correction, deletion, or support requests. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
